Community Emergency Response Initiative

Environmentalists have observed that Nigeria is gradually witnessing the increasing impact of natural disasters caused by floods, oil spills, and bush burning, among others., which has led to the lack of portable drinking water, and untold hardships.  In the last few years, Many Nigerians have been displaced from their homes, and hectares of land have been destroyed due to the devastating flood situation and general land degradation in some parts of the country.
